This cabin features a 14x8 gabled outdoor kitchenette & a spacious 8x22 wrap around deck. This studio type cabin has plenty of room for a dining table, bed & twin futon/bed. The kitchenette has all the kitchen necessities you need, and a kitchen sink right off the deck. Has access to joint well and has electricity! Just a short walk to the Creekside, Kickapoo Corners, Ice Cream on 14 & 12 minutes to Viroqua! This cabin has also been an Airbnb in the past. Cabin comes furnished! Holding tank has been approved & drafting plans are done. Cabin is winterized Nov-April, can be used as dry cabin during those dates.
